1. Client Management
📞 Receive a Job Request
- Search for the client by name, business name, postcode, or account reference.
- If the client is new, add them to the system.
📝 Create a Job or Select an Existing One
- Link the client to a new job or manage their ongoing projects.
2. Job Creation & Assignment
🛠️ Set Up the Job
- Define job details such as name, description, client contacts, start/end dates, estimated hours, and cost.
👷 Assign Workers
- Allocate staff with specific schedules, estimated work hours, and special instructions.
📦 Plan Materials
- Add pre-required materials (stocked or non-stocked) to ensure the job runs smoothly.
3. Work Execution (For Workers)
📋 View Assigned Jobs
- Access a personalized dashboard with current, upcoming, and past work details.
📍 Go to Work & Complete Tasks
- View work descriptions, job location, contact details, and pre-assigned materials.
- Carry out the work and follow any special instructions.
📝 Record Work Progress
- Log in-out times, describe completed tasks, upload before/after images, and report material usage.
- Request additional materials if needed.
✅ Submit Work for Approval
- Once finished, submit work records for admin approval.
