What is included in the standard website?  
The standard website is a basic but professional online presence that includes your business details, services, and contact information - great for attracting new customers and building trust.
Do I need technical knowledge to use JMAN?  
Not at all! JMAN is designed to be user-friendly and simple to use. We also offer free setup and training to help you get started quickly.
How many jobs can I manage?  
JMAN operates under a Fair Usage Policy, which means you can manage a reasonable number of jobs based on typical usage for businesses of your size. We�ll always discuss options with you if your needs grow.
Can I create and send quotes and invoices?  
Yes! You can create, send, and manage quotes and invoices directly within JMAN. You can also track payment status and send reminders if needed.
Can my workers access JMAN?  
Yes! You can assign jobs to workers, and they can see their schedules, receive instructions, record work progress, upload photos, and more - all from their device.
How do staff payments work?  
JMAN tracks staff work hours and automatically calculates their pay based on your set hourly rates. You can also manage absences like holidays and sick days.
Is my data secure?  
Yes. We take data security seriously. Your information is stored securely and only accessible by authorized users.
What kind of support do you offer?  
We offer free setup and training, as well as ongoing support via phone, email, and remote sessions. We also continuously improve JMAN based on user feedback.
